We offer many different party rentals but by far the most commonly booked units are the tent rental for weddings in Western MA because of the selection we have and the quality of our tents. Some customers even have a difficult time deciding between the three styles of tents we offer. Don’t worry though, our experienced staff can help you make your selections. The three styles we offer are the traditional Standard style tent, the elegant Elite style tent and the fun and colorful Circus style tent for those wedding receptions where fun and laughter are the order of the day. Tent rental for weddings have come from residents living in Springfield, Westfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Northampton and Amherst and we service all of the Western Mass area and
we are gaining new customers from other cities and towns.

Tents really are important when having an outdoor wedding or reception. They are very practical because they protect guests and food from weather, especially the hot rays of the sun and those stray raindrops. They also provide the perfect protection for your wedding band and for a dance floor for those all-important wedding dances, like the father/daughter dance and the couple’s first dance. Wedding tents really look elegant at night with tent lighting to illuminate them against the dark sky. Tents are ideal for backyard weddings or for weddings in the park. The different sizes make it easy to find the perfect ones to accommodate your guests. The Standard tent comes in sizes starting at 10’x 10’ and go up to 20’ x 60’. The Elite style tent comes in three sizes: 20’ x 20’, 20’ x 40’, and 20’ x 60’. The Circus style tent comes in 16’ x 16’ and is available in red & white, and the 20’ x 20’ size which is available in green & white and then yellow & white.

-All connections of 20’ x 20’ Elite Tents to the Hexagon tent are made seamlessly with rain gutters.
-Windowed sides and doors can be added onto to each tent if requested.
-We can customize any layout to suit any need.
-There are no center poles in any tent, allowing customers to utilize all the space underneath.
